The Email Domain feature ensures emails dispatched from FastTrack360 are recognised as legitimate and not flagged as junk. Once configured, the system automatically applies DMARC, DKIM, and SPF authentication to enhance security, reliability, and deliverability.
⚠ Important: You need Administrator permissions to configure Email Domain settings in Global Maintenance.
Add and Verify an Email Domain
Go to Maintenance, then click Role Data Group followed by Maintenance.
Add the security permission Email Domain to your FastTrack360 System Administrator role.
Open Global Maintenance, then select Email Domain.
Click Edit.
In the Domain Identities section, click Add.
Enter the name of the domain to whitelist.
Click Save. The domain appears in the list with the status Awaiting DNS Settings.
Click Action, then select Download DNS Settings.
A .txt settings file downloads to your browser.Send the downloaded DNS Settings file to your Network Administrator.
They will apply the settings and confirm completion.Once confirmed, click Action, then select Validate Domain Identity.
The pop-up displays the verification status. Ensure it reads Verified.
⚠ Important: If the status does not show as Verified, confirm with your Network Administrator that the DNS file was applied correctly.Click Action again, then select Enable.
In the Email Domain Verification pop-up, click Send Email.
A verification code is emailed to you (the logged-in user).Enter the verification code in the pop-up and click Verify Code.
Once validated, the Email Test Status updates to Successful, and the Enabled setting is ticked.
📌 Note: Your Network Administrator can confirm which domains to include. Repeat these steps for multiple domains.
Configure Default Domain and Email
In the Defaults section, choose a Default Domain from the list.
Select a Default Email from the list.
This email is used with the Default Domain (e.g. [email protected]).At the top of the page, locate the Email Delivery Method field.
Change the Email Provider from FT360 Relay to Domain Email.
Click Save.
The Email Provider updates to display Domain Email.
📌 Note: The Default Domain substitutes any non-validated email domain to prevent emails from being treated as unsolicited.
Finalise Setup
Once the configuration is complete:
The FastTrack360 send service is whitelisted.
Emails are authenticated through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Only verified domains can dispatch emails, improving security and deliverability.
📌 Note: Setup must be completed in your production environment. To apply the same settings to your test environment(s), log a ticket with Support.
