πŸ“Œ FastTrack360 is a browser-based product. You must use a supported browser for best performance. Using an unsupported browser may impact speed or feature availability.

Supported Browsers

If you attempt to open FastTrack360 using an unsupported browser, a warning message displays. You can continue to open the application, but performance may be reduced and some features may not work correctly.

πŸ“Œ Performance Ranking

A ranking of 1 indicates the best performance. Using browsers ranked 2–4 may result in slower page load times.

⚠️ Important:

  • Chrome 42.x is supported only when NPAPI is enabled for Silverlight (version 11). Google discontinued NPAPI support from 1 September 2015.
Select this link to install a temporary work around and follow the steps described.

  • Mozilla Firefox 52 and later versions no longer support Silverlight plug-ins, meaning Pay and Bill modules will not function in those versions.

  • The FastTrack Outlook Extension (MS 365 Add-in) works only with the locally installed version of Outlook.

For more details on supported browsers, see the latest FastTrack360 Cloud Service Outline document located in the FastTrack360 Product Release Material & Service Outline page.

Change Your Password

To change your FastTrack360 password:

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Reset Password from the drop-down menu.

  4. Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your new password.

    • If the passwords do not match, you will be prompted to re-enter them.

Set and Maintain Your Security Question

Your Security Question is used to reset your password if you forget it. When you select Forgot Password on the login screen, you will be asked to answer your Security Question.

⚠️ Your system administrator may require you to set a Security Question. You will be prompted to do so when you next log in if this is mandatory.

  1. Log in to Recruitment Manager.

  2. Click the person icon at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Manage Security Question from the menu.

  5. Follow the prompts to create or update your Security Question and Answer.

    • Responses are case sensitive and must match exactly when used in the future.

  6. Select Save Changes to confirm your update.

πŸ“Œ When viewing a Security Answer in non-edit mode (for example, in Maintenance to User), the number of characters shown is not the actual length of your answer.

  • In edit mode, characters display as they are entered so you can verify accuracy.

View and Update Your Profile

You can view and edit your personal details, contact details, and search defaults within your Profile.

To view or update your profile:

  1. Click the person icon at the top right of the screen.

  2. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

  3. The User Profile screen displays.

  4. Select Edit.

  5. Make any required changes.

  6. To upload or change your image, refer to Manage Images.

  7. Select Save to apply updates.

πŸ’‘ Best Practices
