Once a timesheet is approved and released, it moves to historical records. If an error is later identified, you can create an adjustment timesheet to correct the information while preserving the original for audit purposes.
When you adjust a released timesheet, the system creates an adjustment copy. You can modify existing items, delete items, or add new entries. The original timesheet remains unchanged to maintain a full audit history.
๐ Note: You can create and submit an adjustment timesheet even if no edits are made.

๐ค FAQs
Q1: Does adjusting a timesheet change the original record?
Answer: No. The system creates an adjustment copy, and the original timesheet remains unchanged for audit purposes.
Q2: Can multiple adjustments be made to the same timesheet?
Answer: Yes. Once an adjustment timesheet is released, you must adjust the adjustment copy, not the original timesheet.
Q3: What happens if I try to submit an unedited adjustment timesheet?
Answer: A message informs you that no changes were made and allows you to save or submit the timesheet anyway.
Q4: When does a timesheet appear in Interpreter Review screen?
Answer: Once the timesheet is approved by the approver. This applies to original timesheets and adjustment timesheets.
