Find, edit, or delete existing Pay/Bill email templates from the Maintenance menu to ensure your organization’s notifications remain up to date.


Find a Pay/Bill Email Template

  1. Go to Maintenance, then click Pay/Bill Email Template under the Global section.

  2. Select or enter your search criteria as required.

  3. Click Search.
    The templates matching your search criteria are displayed on the screen.

📌 Note: The Type options displayed vary depending on the Country selected.


Edit an Existing Pay/Bill Email Template

  1. Go to Maintenance, then click Pay/Bill Email Template.

  2. Select or enter your search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Click the View icon next to the template you want to edit.

  4. Make the necessary changes, then click Save.


Delete an Existing Pay/Bill Email Template

  1. Go to Maintenance, then click Pay/Bill Email Template.

  2. Select or enter your search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Click Delete next to the record you want to remove.

  4. Click Delete again to confirm.
    The selected template is permanently deleted.
