Set up additional country-level configurations, including corporate and tax labels, gender display options, and agency worker regulation parameters.

📌 Note: These settings determine how key identifiers, taxes, and compliance rules are applied per country within your system.

Configure Corporate Identity Number Label and Format

  1. Go to Settings, then click Other Settings.

  2. Locate Corporate Identity Number Label & Format.

  3. Enter the label name (for example, “CIN” or “CRN”) and specify the required format for records where a corporate identity number is recorded or displayed.

  4. Click Save Changes to apply the label and format.

This label is used across the system in all relevant corporate record fields.

Configure Social Security Number Label and Format

  1. In Other Settings, find Social Security Number Label & Format.

  2. Define the label (for example, “SSN” or “National ID”) and enter the format required for candidate or payee records.

  3. Click Save Changes to confirm.

Select Gender Types for Candidates

  1. Under Gender Types, tick the checkboxes for the gender options that should be displayed for the country.

  2. Click Save Changes when done.

The selected options will appear for selection in the Candidate record.

Configure Payee Mailing Address Display

  1. Locate Display Payee Mailing Address in Other Settings.

  2. Tick or untick the checkbox as needed:

    • Ticked: The mailing address field is hidden in Agency User, Candidate, and Payee records.

    • Unticked: The mailing address field is displayed.

📌 Note: This setting is usually ticked by default. In some regions, such as the UK, payees typically use a single address.

Define Goods and Services Tax (GST/VAT) Label

  1. In Other Settings, open the Goods/Services Tax Label section.

  2. Enter the label name to reflect your region’s terminology:

    • Australia/New Zealand: GST.

    • Europe: VAT.

  3. Click Save Changes to apply.

Important: The goods and services tax label must be defined for every country configuration before saving.

Configure Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)

These settings apply to countries where Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) are enforced, such as the UK and Europe.

  1. Go to Agency Worker Regulations under Other Settings.

  2. Review and configure the following fields:

Field

Description

Rules

AWR Active

Enables or disables AWR tracking. When checked, related fields become active across the system. Unchecking hides fields and data without deleting existing AWR information.

Default: Unchecked.

Qualifying Weeks Before Parity

Sets the number of weeks before a payee reaches parity (usually 12 weeks in the UK).

Default: 12 weeks; only new job orders use updated values.

Reset After Weeks Not Worked

Defines how many weeks without work reset the AWR clock.

Default: 6 weeks; applies to future periods only.

Clock Count Basis

Determines whether the AWR clock starts from the job start date or the timesheet period.

Options: Timesheet Period (default) or Job Start Date.

AWR Adjustment Reason

Specifies the code used when adjustment timesheets are auto-created for missed parity payments.

Default: AWRADJ.

Monitoring Not Required for Payee Types

Excludes selected payee types (e.g., Contractor, CIS, PAYE/Deemed) from AWR tracking.

Default: Contractor, CIS, PAYE/Deemed.

Clock Reset/Pause Assessment Day

Selects the day when the AWR Windows service checks for timesheet submission or absence resets.

Mandatory when AWR Active is checked.

Clock Reset/Pause Assessment Time (24-hour)

Sets the time of day the AWR service runs. For example, 14:00 for a 2 PM cutoff.

Mandatory when AWR Active is checked.

Initialisation Status

Shows the AWR setup progress and allows data initialization. Once complete, it cannot be reprocessed.

Options: Not Started, Not Required, In Progress, Complete.

During initialisation, you can choose to:

  • Pre-populate parity rates in standard and agreement rates.

  • Apply the AWR clock count to job orders.

To read more about AWR, see Agency Worker Regulations.

💡 Best Practices

  • Always verify regional compliance requirements before activating AWR.

  • Document internal policies for AWR reset and assessment days.

  • Test configuration changes in a sandbox environment before applying them live.

  • Regularly review excluded payee types to maintain compliance accuracy.
