Configure SMS Accounts

Set up and manage SMS accounts that connect with your organisation’s hierarchy to enable SMS communication through FastTrack360.

Use this feature to assign SMS accounts to specific Country and Office Records for seamless messaging.

⚠️ Important: Before configuring SMS Accounts, your organisation must have an active relationship with an approved SMS provider. Contact Support to set this up.


Add an SMS Account

  1. Go to Global Maintenance, then click SMS Accounts.

  2. Click New to create a new SMS account record.

  3. Enter the Account Name and select the SMS Provider (SMS Central) from the list.

  4. Define the Country code, e.g., +61

  5. Click Save to confirm the configuration.

📌 Note: Each SMS account can be linked to multiple offices under a single provider, depending on your organisation’s hierarchy.

Each account corresponds to the relevant Country Record and Office Record in your hierarchy, ensuring messages are sent using the correct provider.


Best Practices

  • Set up SMS accounts according to your active office and region structure to avoid routing errors.

  • Review provider details periodically to ensure account credentials remain valid.

  • Coordinate with Support when changing existing relationships.


FAQs

Q1: What happens if a Heirarchy doesn’t have an assigned SMS account?

  • Answer: Messages will not send until a valid SMS account is linked to at least the country.

Q2: Can multiple offices share the same SMS account?

  • Answer: Yes. You can assign one SMS account to multiple offices within the same country.
