Bulk timesheet approvers can edit, add, or delete items directly in Item View, depending on their user permissions.
β Important: Your ability to edit, add, or delete timesheet items depends on your assigned permissions. Some actions may be restricted based on shift dates in the job schedule.
Edit a Bulk Timesheet
Go to the Bulk Timesheets screen, enter your search criteria, then select Item View in the List Display field.
Locate the timesheet you want to edit, then review the listed items.
Edit any item fields highlighted in green. The editable fields depend on the item type and your permissions.
Add new items if required, then edit the new item details.
Note: You must have permission to add items. You may only add items on shift dates defined in the job schedule.Delete any items that are no longer required.
Note: You must have permission to delete items. You may be restricted from deleting items on shift dates defined in the job schedule.Click Save next to the edited timesheet.
If any mandatory information is missing, the affected row is highlighted in red, and an information icon appears. Enter the missing data, then save again.
Add a Timesheet Item to a Bulk Timesheet
Add a New Item
Locate the relevant timesheet, then click the plus button.
Select an option in the Item Type field, such as Attendance or Absence.
Complete each highlighted field by selecting the correct option or entering the required value.
Copy an Existing Item
Click the plus button next to the specific item you want to copy.
Edit the new item as needed. Editable fields are highlighted in green.
π Note: Your permissions may prevent adding items or adding items on dates without a scheduled shift.
Delete a Timesheet Item from a Bulk Timesheet
Locate the item you want to remove, then click the delete icon next to it.
The item row is removed from the timesheet.
β Important: If you do not have permission to delete an item that falls on a scheduled shift date, the system displays an error and the item is not deleted.
Approve Bulk Timesheets
To approve bulk timesheets, follow the procedure below.
Go to the Bulk Timesheets screen, enter your search criteria, then review the results.
Select the timesheets you want to approve by clicking the checkbox next to each row. To select all listed timesheets, click the header-level checkbox.
Click the Approve (tick) button.
π€ Tip: If you want to approve most but not all timesheets, select all timesheets first, then clear the checkbox next to the ones you do not want to approve.
Approve Individual Timesheet Items in Item View
Switch the Bulk Timesheets screen to Item View in the List Display field.
Timesheet items for each bulk timesheet are displayed.Locate the required timesheet, then click Approve next to the individual item you want to approve.
The item status updates and the page refreshes to reflect the change.

Answer: Changing an item date creates a new item. If you lack permission to add new items, the system prevents date changes.

Q3: Why are some fields not editable?
