You can search for bulk timesheets to quickly review, edit, or approve multiple timesheets at once.
β Important: You can only search for and access bulk timesheets if you are a timesheet approver.
Search for Bulk Timesheets
Go to the Time and Attendance workspace, then click the Bulk tab at the top of the screen.
In the search header fields, enter or select as much information as possible to narrow your results.
Click Search. Bulk timesheets that match your criteria appear in the results list.
π Note: Use the header fields to filter by payee, client, date range, job order, or other available criteria.
You can also view descriptions of the search header fields in the application help panel.
View Bulk Timesheets in Header View
The Header View displays key details about each bulk timesheet so you can assess and approve timesheets without opening them individually.
π Note: The header information includes the client name, payee name, job order number, hours worked, hours scheduled, and reimbursement totals.
Actions Available in Header View
Open Timesheet β Click a timesheet in the list to open it in the Timesheet Entry view. Use this to add attachments, edit items, or adjust breaks.
Approve β Approves the selected timesheets and changes their status to Released for pay and bill processing. Approved timesheets are removed from the list.
Expire β Expires selected timesheets that are no longer required. Expired timesheets move to Portal, then click Time and Attendance, and click More Timesheets.
Clear β Reverts selected timesheets back to Available by removing any edits.
Print Detailed β Prints a detailed version of the selected bulk timesheet.
Print Summary β Prints a summary version of the selected bulk timesheet.
β Important: You cannot clear timesheets that are already in Available status.

View Bulk Timesheets in Item View
The Item View allows you to see and edit individual timesheet items directly from the bulk list, depending on your permissions.
π Note: Editable cells appear as non-grey fields. Available fields depend on the item type.

Action | Description |
Approve | Approves the selected timesheets and changes their status to Released for pay and bill processing. Approved timesheets are removed from the bulk list. |
Expire | Expires selected timesheets that are no longer required. Expired timesheets move to Portal, then click on Time and Attendance, then head to Expired. This action is only available for timesheets with a status of Available, meaning they have not been edited by an approver. |
Print Detailed | Prints a detailed version of the selected bulk timesheet. This option is unavailable for timesheets with a status of Available. |
Print Summary | Prints a summary version of the selected bulk timesheet. This option is unavailable for timesheets with a status of Available. |
Save | Saves any changes made to the items on the selected bulk timesheet. |
Open Timesheet | Opens the highlighted timesheet in the Timesheet Entry screen for detailed review or editing. Use this to add attachments, manual items, reimbursements, project codes, or breaks. |
Approve Item | Approves the corresponding timesheet and changes its status to Released. Approved timesheets are removed from the bulk list. |
Add Item | Adds a new timesheet item to the selected bulk timesheet. |
Copy Item | Copies an existing timesheet item and adds a new item with the same attributes. |
Delete Item | Deletes the selected item from the bulk timesheet. |
