Left Hand Panel Menu
The Left Hand Panel menu allows you to seamlessly navigate between all FastTrack360 modules.
The main panel displays the modules you have access to.
When you select a module, the menu expands to show the elements within that module.
Use the forward arrow (>) to view sub-elements and the backward arrow (<) to return to the previous menu.
Selecting an item loads its corresponding record or feature on the right side of the screen.
You can switch between open features or records at any time by selecting another item from the Left Hand Panel menu.
Collapse or Expand the Left Hand Panel
You can collapse the Left Hand Panel to provide a wider workspace.
Click Collapse Menu at the bottom left of the screen.
The menu will minimize and display only as icons.
Hover over the icons to temporarily expand the menu.
Click the Pin icon at the bottom left to re-pin the panel and restore the full view.
Locate Maintenance Items
⚠️ Important: You need Administrator permissions to view or modify Maintenance settings.
Maintenance items are located within the Left Hand Panel under their respective modules.
For example, in Recruitment Manager, you’ll find Maintenance at the bottom of the left-hand panel.
A main Maintenance item also appears in the top-level menu, containing settings that apply across multiple modules.
Use the Crumb / Navigation Bar
A fixed navigation bar (crumb trail) is displayed at the top of the main window in Recruitment Manager.
It shows the last three pages you’ve viewed, with the current page shown last.
To return to a previously viewed page, click the corresponding record or area in the navigation bar.
Example: If you are currently in a Client Record, and previously viewed a Job and then the Dashboard, all three will appear in the navigation bar.
Navigate to Records Using Hotlinks
Record names and IDs are displayed as clickable links throughout FastTrack360.
For example, within a Job Order record, Client Name, Client Number, and Cost Centre may appear in blue — each linking to the corresponding record.
You can open a linked record in several ways:
Click the link to open it in the current window.
Right-click and select Open link in new tab to view it in a new tab.
Right-click and select Open in new window to view it in a separate browser window.
Open and Close Sections
You can expand or collapse sections in Recruitment Manager to control how much information is visible.
To hide a section, click the up arrow (˄) on the right side.
To display a hidden section, click the down arrow (˅).
Return to the Top of a Record
Click the black icon with a white up arrow to quickly return to the top of a primary record in Front Office.
Create Multiple Sessions
You can open multiple browser sessions to work on several records simultaneously.
Find the record you want to open in a new session (for example, from the Dashboard, right-click on a Job in the Vacant Jobs list).
When the menu appears, select Open link in new tab.
The record will open in a new browser tab.
Toggle between sessions using your browser tabs.
Close a session by clicking the X on the browser tab.
