FastTrack Marketplace

The FastTrack Marketplace provides access to information about third-party application integrations available in FastTrack360.

From the Marketplace, agencies can review each applicationโ€™s functionality, setup requirements, and costs (where applicable). The Marketplace can be accessed from the left-hand panel within Recruitment Manager.

โš  Important: You may require Administrator permissions to configure third-party integrations.


Access the FastTrack Marketplace

  1. Go to the Recruitment Manager.

  2. From the left-hand panel, click Marketplace.

  3. Browse available third-party applications.

  4. Click an application name to view details, including its features, setup instructions, and pricing information.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: Custom Actions or Custom Sections may be required to support integration with third-party applications. If required, the vendor will provide configuration guidance via Maintenance in Recruitment Manager.

View Google Maps in FastTrack360

Google Maps can be displayed by selecting the Google Map icon next to address fields within various records.

Address Fields Supporting Maps.

Parent Record

Main Address, Mailing Address.

Client Record

Main Address, Mailing Address.

Cost Centre Record

Main Address, Mailing Address.

Client Contact Record

Address.

Candidate Record

Actual Address, Mailing Address, and Diary Filled Job Flyout under Location.

Client Portal

Main Address, and Job List Location item.

Candidate Portal

Job List Location item, and Diary Filled Jobs Flyout Location.

Job Order

Location field and Location merge tag in emails (clicking the merge tag evokes a Google Map).
