Edit a mobile timesheet before submitting it so that it accurately captures time and attendance details for the relevant work period.
When You Can Edit a Mobile Timesheet
You can edit a timesheet while it is in Available status (it has not been saved or submitted).
You can also edit a timesheet while it is in Incomplete status (it has been saved but not submitted for approval).
Before a timesheet is submitted, you may need to update it so it correctly reflects the hours worked, absences, allowances, and other information for the work period.
Editing Submitted and Approved Timesheets
If a Submitted timesheet needs to be adjusted and has not yet been approved by any approvers, it can be recalled. For details, see Recalling a Submitted Mobile Timesheet.
Once a timesheet has completed the approval process, it can only be adjusted through the Time and Attendance application (desktop). For details, see Adjusting an Approved Timesheet in the Time and Attendance online help.
What You Can Edit
When you edit a mobile timesheet in Available or Incomplete status, you can work with the same items described earlier in Mobile Timesheets, including:
Attendance items.
Additional (manual) items.
Reimbursements.
Attachments.
Comments.
