Log In and Out of Mobile Timesheets

Learn how to access your organisation’s Mobile Timesheets site, log in with your Time and Attendance details, and log out securely.

This article explains how to open your Mobile Timesheets site in a browser on your mobile device, enter your login details, what happens if your username or password is incorrect, and how to log out.


Log In and Out of Mobile Timesheets

Before you start

Before you log in, make sure:

  • Your system administrator has given you the web address (URL) for your organisation’s Mobile Timesheets site, or

  • A bookmark or link icon to the site has been set up in the web browser on your mobile device.

If you are unsure how to access the Mobile Timesheets site, contact your system manager or system administrator.


Log in to Mobile Timesheets

  1. On your mobile device, open your web browser application (for example, Safari or Internet Explorer).

  2. In the browser, enter the web address of your organisation’s Mobile Timesheets site.

    • If a bookmark or link icon has been configured on your device, click the bookmark or icon instead of typing the address.

    • The Mobile Timesheets Login screen opens.

  3. In the Username field, enter your Time and Attendance username.

  4. In the Password field, enter your Time and Attendance password.

  5. Click Log in.

    • If your username and password are valid, your login is accepted and the Timesheet Home screen is displayed.


If your login fails

If the message Invalid username or password is displayed on the Login screen:

  1. Check that you have entered your username and password correctly.

  2. Re-enter your details and click Log in again.

  3. If you still cannot log in, contact your system administrator to confirm that your username and password are correct and active.


Log out of Mobile Timesheets

To log out of Mobile Timesheets at any time:

  1. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, click the logout action.

  2. You are logged out of the Mobile Timesheets site and your session is closed.

Logging In & Out of Mobile Timesheets

Before you attempt to log into Mobile Timesheets, ensure that your system administrator has provided you with the web address of your organisation's Mobile Timesheets site or has config

ured a bookmark or a link icon in the web browser on your mobile device.

Contact your system manager if your are unsure how to access the Mobile Timesheets site. To log into Mobile Timesheets, follow the procedure below.

On your mobile device, start up the web browser application such as Safari or Internet Explorer.

In the web browser application, key in the address of your organisation's Mobile Timesheets site. Alternatively, if the site address has been bookmarked or if a link icon has been configured on your mobile device, click the bookmark or icon.

The Mobile Timesheets Login screen opens.

In the Username and Password fields, key in your Time and Attendance username and password.

Click Log in.

Your username and password are validated and, if valid, the Timesheet Home screen is displayed.

The message Invalid username or password is displayed on the Login screen if the username or password you specified could not validated. If this is the case, repeat steps 3 and 4 of the procedure above and ensure that you key in your username and password correctly. If you still cannot log in, contact your system administrator to ensure your username and password are correct.


To log out of Mobile Timesheets, click the logout action (shown below) in the top right-hand corner of the screen at any time.
