The Questionnaire primarily functions to design, manage the forms used for candidate screening and registration, and monitor the importing of candidate details into the FastTrack database

Access the Questionnaire Section
Go to Maintenance, then scroll to the Questionnaire section.
Select a maintenance option to view or update its settings.
π Note: Candidate records are created or updated based on General Settings β Candidate Duplicate Check.

How Candidate Questionnaires Are Used
Create questionnaires that screen candidates applying for advertised jobs.
Configure forms for unsolicited candidate registration when candidates register without applying for a specific job.

How Questionnaires Appear on Job Boards
Job advertisements published via the Broadbean service display an online questionnaire to candidates.
The system selects questionnaire pages based on factors such as the managing office, country, position type, and client.
Candidates complete one or more pages that capture required information.
What Happens After a Candidate Submits a Questionnaire
Depending on their answers:
The candidate may be automatically rejected.
The candidate may be imported into the FastTrack database, added to Recruitment Manager, and moved into a knockout workflow.
The candidate may be imported, added to Recruitment Manager, and moved into a referral workflow.
Candidate attachments (such as resumes) remain with the response record for 30 days. After this period, they are deleted. When a candidate record is created or updated, these items are also saved in the Resume and Attachments sections.
