Access Client Portal Maintenance
Go to Global Maintenance.
Click Client Portal to open the settings page.
Review and update the available configuration options as described below.
Update the Client Portal Logo
Go to Global Maintenance, then select Client Portal.
Click Edit.
Remove and Replace to update the existing logo (Ensure the logo follows the aspect ratio 264w x 92h px to avoid distortion)
Save your changes.
π Note: Logos that do not match the required ratio will be automatically resized, which may cause stretching or compression.
Apply a Cusom Style Sheet (CSS)
In the Style Sheet section, click Download Applied CSS to get the existing Cascading Style Sheet.
To start from the default FastTrack360 style, click Download Standard CSS.
Edit the CSS file as needed to modify colours or themes.
Return to the Style Sheet section and click Edit to upload your updated CSS.
Save your changes.
β Important: Ensure that changes to the CSS are made by users who understand Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Incorrect formatting - such as altering font sizes - can distort layout elements or impact readability.
Set the Client User Experience
In the User Experience setting, choose whether the Client Portal opens in Mobile or PC view.
Click Save to apply the change.
Enable Auto-Creation of Client Portal Users
When the Auto Create Client Portal User option is enabled, the system automatically generates portal users for new active client contacts every hour.
Assigns the default Client Security Role. Generates a password automatically.
If a Client Email is available, a welcome email with login details is sent.
Where the Candidate does not have an email address, the record is skipped, OR the username strategy is βemailβ, and there is a duplicate email username, the record is skipped.
π Note: Skipped records will not have a portal user created until the issue is resolved.
Preview the Portal and Login Pages
Before saving any changes on the maintenance page, you can preview the login screen or portal to review how your updates will appear.
