Log In to Recruitment Manager
Double-click the Recruitment Manager icon on your desktop.
A web browser window will open displaying the login screen.Enter your Username and Password.
Tick Remember Me if you want the system to remember your Username in the future.Select Login to submit your details for authentication.
A message will display if the Username or password are incorrect.
If the maximum number of login attempts (where configured) has been exceeded, you will be locked out and a message will advise the next steps.
Reset a Forgotten Password
Select Forgot Password on the login screen.
The Enter Username screen will display.Enter your Username.
If you have set up a Security Question, the system will prompt you to answer it.
Where the Username and answer are correct, an email will be sent with a new, system-generated password.
Use the system-generated password to log in.
To personalise your password, follow the steps in Change Your Password (insert correct link).
If this process is not successful, contact your Administrator for assistance.
Log Out of Recruitment Manager
Navigate to the Person icon at the top of the screen, then click the icon.
A dropdown menu will display.Select Logout from the menu.
The system will end your session, and the browser will remain open with the login screen displayed.Close the browser by selecting X at the top of the window.
If you accidentally close the browser without logging out, the system will automatically log you out. You will need to reopen Recruitment Manager via the desktop icon to log back in.
