How to Register to the Idea Pool

Learn how to register for the Idea Pool so you can submit ideas and track their progress.

This article explains how to register as a new user of the Idea Pool. Once registered, you can log in with your email address and password to view your ideas, track their progress, and submit new ones.

Register to the Idea Pool (add yourself as an Idea Pool User)

  1. Go to the Idea Pool page in Online Help, then click ADD A NEW IDEA at the bottom of the page.

  2. On the Access FastTrack Ideas Portal page, click Sign up.

  3. Complete the required information, then click Register.

⚠️ Important: Use your work email address rather than a personal email address.

A message confirms that a verification email has been sent to your email address.

📌 Note: If you see the message “Your email domain does not allow you to self register”, contact Support and provide your work email address. Your email domain may need to be added to the safe list.

4. Open the verification email. Check your Junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

5. Click Verify email address and create password, then follow the prompts to complete your registration.


Add a New Idea

  1. Log in to the Ideas Portal using your registered email address and password.

  2. Click + ADD A NEW IDEA in the left-hand pane.

  3. Follow the prompts to enter the details of your idea.

  4. Describe the problem you are trying to solve, including where you are in the product and the actions you currently take.

  5. Explain the enhancement you would like to see.

  6. Add attachments where possible to help demonstrate the issue or proposed enhancement.

  7. Click ADD IDEA.

Your idea appears in the All Ideas pane.


Sign Out of the Ideas Portal

Click the person icon on the right-hand side of the page, then select Sign out.
