Use the Job Templates page when you need to find and manage existing Job Templates. This page works differently from standard search pages because the results depend on the hierarchy item you select first, then the value you enter in Search Template.

πŸ“Œ Note: The Search Template bar searches only within the selected item. If you want to search for all templates at once, click on Job Templates before searching.

Search Job Templates

  1. Go to Recruitment Manager, then click Jobs.

  2. Click Job Templates, then the Job Template page opens.

  3. Review the page layout, then use the Hierarchy panel on the left to narrow the templates you want to view.

  4. Click a hierarchy item, then review the related templates in the Job Template list on the right.

  5. Enter a value in Search Template, then click Search to narrow the list within the selected hierarchy level.

Understand the search page

This shows these main areas:

  • Hierarchy on the left.

  • Job Template list on the right.

  • Search Template above the list.

  • Action on each template row.

  • Manage Layout above the template list.

Understand the hierarchy

The Hierarchy panel controls which templates appear in the list.

This shows top-level items such as:

  • Country

  • Brand

  • Office

  • Parent

  • Client

  • Cost Centre

The number in brackets shows how many related templates are available at that level. For example, the screenshots show examples such as Country (5), Brand (2), Office (13), Parent (12), Client (135), and Cost Centre (11).

Expand or collapse hierarchy items

  1. Open the Job Templates page, then find the hierarchy level you want to review.

  2. Click the + icon to expand that level and show more detailed records.

  3. Click the - icon to collapse that level and hide lower records.

  4. Click a specific record, then review the filtered template list.

Search within the selected hierarchy level

  1. Click the hierarchy node you want to search within.

  2. Enter a value in Search Template, then click Search.

  3. Review the matching templates shown for that selected hierarchy level.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you click Client, the search runs within client-level templates. If you click a specific client record, the search runs only within that client’s templates.

Search values you can use

Based on the visible grid content in the draft, the search can help you find template-related values such as:
