View Templates and Job Orders That Use a Pay Agreement

  1. Go to Rates & Rules, then click Pay Agreements. Search for the agreement you want to review.

  2. In the search results, click Templates / Job Orders Using Agreement next to the relevant agreement. The Templates/Job Orders Using Agreement pop-up window opens.

  3. To include job orders the agreement was assigned to before today, click the calendar button next to Assigned as at Date, then select the relevant date.

  4. Click Search. A list of client job templates and job orders that use the selected agreement appears in the Templates/Job Orders Using Agreement window.

  5. To export the list for analysis outside the system, click the export icon, then choose a file location to save the Excel spreadsheet.

πŸ“Œ Note: The Assigned as at Date filter applies to job orders only. Job orders with a start date on or after the selected date are returned. Client job templates that are flagged as In Use and use the selected agreement are always returned, regardless of the date.
