The Pay Agreements screen in Rates & Rules lists all existing pay agreements that have been configured and that belong to the same country as the country assigned to your user account. You can use this screen to quickly locate a specific agreement by sorting, filtering, or adjusting the layout of the list.

Important: The list of pay agreements only includes agreements that belong to the country that your user account is assigned to.

Open the Pay Agreements Screen

  1. In the main menu, click Rates & Rules.

  2. Click Pay Agreements.

The Pay Agreements screen opens and displays a grid of all existing pay agreements that you can access. Each row represents an agreement and shows its name and other key attributes so that you can identify the agreement you are interested in.

For descriptions of the columns displayed on this screen, refer to your organisation’s documentation for Pay Agreements screen column descriptions.

Understand and Adjust the Pay Agreements List

The pay agreements are shown in a grid with multiple columns. By default:

  • Agreements are listed in alphabetical order by agreement name.

  • Each agreement displays the agreement name and additional attributes to help you identify the correct record.

You can change how information is presented in the grid using the Manage Layout dialog:

  1. On the Pay Agreements screen, click Action.

  2. Click Show Manage Layout.

  3. In the Manage Layout dialog box, hide or show columns and change their order to suit your preferences.

This allows you to remove columns you do not need and rearrange the remaining columns so the most important information appears where you want it.

Sort Pay Agreements

You can sort the list of agreements by any of the columns displayed in the grid.

To change the sort order:

  1. On the Pay Agreements screen, click the column header you want to sort by (for example, agreement name or another attribute).

  2. Click the same column header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

The list immediately updates to reflect the selected sort order, helping you locate a specific agreement more quickly.

Filter Pay Agreements Using Search

At the top of the Pay Agreements screen, there is a search section that you can use to narrow down the list of agreements.

  • Enter your search criteria in the available fields in the search section.

  • The list of agreements is filtered so that only agreements that match your search criteria remain visible.

  • Agreements that do not match your search criteria are hidden, making it easier to locate the agreement you need.

You can clear or change your search criteria at any time to adjust which agreements are displayed.
