Edit a Timesheet Workflow

Update the default workflow applied to a Job Order.

Use this action to modify initiators, approvers, escalators, or notifications within the default Timesheet Workflow.

⚠ Important: A maximum of two Client Contacts and two Agency Users can be assigned as approvers within the workflow.


Edit the Timesheet Workflow

Follow these steps to make changes to the Timesheet Workflow applied to a Job Order:

  1. Open the Job Order and navigate to the Pay / Bill section.

  2. Click Timesheet Workflow. The workflow settings display in a pop-up window.

  3. Make the required changes to the workflow, then click Save. The updates are applied immediately to the selected Job Order.

πŸ“Œ Note: Changes made here affect only the specific Job Order and do not alter the default workflow settings configured in the maintenance module.
