FastTrack360 has been updated to improve how IRD authentication tokens are renewed for New Zealand Payday Filing.
What has changed?
Previously, when you clicked the IRD Authentication button, FastTrack360 refreshed the existing login token if the previously used myIR login details were still valid and the Authentication Status was OK.
Now, each time you click the IRD Authentication button, FastTrack360:
Clears the existing authentication token.
Opens the myIR login page.
Prompts you to enter a valid myIR username and password.
Creates a new authentication token using the credentials you entered.
đ Note: The new token is linked to the latest myIR credentials you enter, rather than the credentials associated with the previous token.
Benefits
This enhancement allows you to update the myIR credentials that FastTrack360 uses to communicate with IRD.
For example, you may need to update the credentials if the person whose myIR login was previously used has left your business.
