View the Timesheet Audit History
Open the relevant timesheet from the Timesheet Entry screen, then ensure it is in an incomplete, submitted, rejected, or historical status.
The timesheet displays.Scroll down the page to the Audit History section, then review the list of recorded actions.
The audit history displays all actions in chronological order.

Audit History Components
Operation
Displays the action performed. Possible values include:
Added β The timesheet was saved for the first time.
Updated β The timesheet was edited and saved.
Submitted β The timesheet was submitted for approval.
Rejected β The timesheet was rejected by an approver.
Recalled β The timesheet was recalled by a user.
Released β The timesheet completed the approval process.
Change Date/Time
Shows when the action occurred.
User
Displays the full name of the user who carried out the action.
Username
Shows the username of the user who performed the action.
User Type
Indicates whether the user was an Agency User, Candidate, or Client Contact.
View Historical Versions of a Timesheet
Display the audit history for the timesheet, then locate the action you want to review.
The audit history shows a chronological list of all actions.Click Operation in the row representing the point in time you want to view.
