Each FastTrack360 software release has a unique version number that identifies the specific release.
You can view the version number for your environment from within FastTrack360:
In Agency Portal, click Help, then About FastTrack360.
Note the version number displayed on the About FastTrack360 window.
From the V12.20 release onward, a standard versioning convention is used. Each version number is broken into segments, which are defined below.
Segment | Description |
Platform Version | Identifies the FastTrack360 platform to which the release corresponds (for example, a platform version of 11 distinguishes the release from a version 10 platform release). |
Release Version | Identifies the major release number. Increments to this number indicate major functional changes since the prior release version. |
Patch/Hotfix Version | Identifies the minor release number. Increments indicate bug fixes, minor functional changes or performance enhancements since the prior patch version. |
Build Number | Identifies the specific software build number. Many builds may be compiled before one is released to production. The build number allows FastTrack to identify the exact build in use. |
Use this information together with the release lists on this page to understand exactly which FastTrack360 release your environment is running and what functionality or fixes are included.
