Create a Bill Agreement Header

Configure the basic details of a bill agreement so you can group all the rules that apply to it.

The first stage in configuring a pay-dependent bill agreement in Rates & Rules is to create an agreement header.
The agreement header:

  • Identifies the bill agreement.

  • Group together all the rules that will apply to that agreement.

Once the header is created and saved, you can continue to configure the agreement rules as needed.

📌 Note: You must have access to Rates & Rules, then click Bill Agreements to complete these steps.


How to Create a Bill Agreement Header

  1. Click Rates & Rules then Bill Agreements.

  2. Click Add.

  3. In the Agreement Header section, type or select the relevant information for the new agreement.

    • Complete all required fields as per your organisation’s configuration guidelines.

  4. Click Save.

A confirmation message confirms that the agreement has been saved successfully.
