The first stage in configuring a pay-dependent bill agreement in Rates & Rules is to create an agreement header.
The agreement header:
Identifies the bill agreement.
Group together all the rules that will apply to that agreement.
Once the header is created and saved, you can continue to configure the agreement rules as needed.
📌 Note: You must have access to Rates & Rules, then click Bill Agreements to complete these steps.
How to Create a Bill Agreement Header
Click Rates & Rules then Bill Agreements.
Click Add.
In the Agreement Header section, type or select the relevant information for the new agreement.
Complete all required fields as per your organisation’s configuration guidelines.
Click Save.
A confirmation message confirms that the agreement has been saved successfully.
