Easily find and unlock records that remain locked when users close the browser or leave edit mode without saving.
View Locked Records
Use this option to identify any records currently locked by users.
Go to Maintenance, then select Locked Records.
Enter a search criterion (such as record name, ID, or user).
Click Search to display all matching locked records.
π Note: Locked records occur when a user remains in Edit mode but closes the browser window or tab before clicking Save.
Unlock a Record
Follow these steps to unlock one or multiple records:
In the Locked Records list, select one or more items to unlock.
Click Unlock to release the records.
Confirm the unlock action if prompted.
π€ Tip: You can select multiple records to unlock them all at once, saving time during maintenance.
