Internal notifications help you stay informed about key updates within FastTrack360. You can easily view, search, and access linked items from the Activities & Notifications icon on the top toolbar.
⚠️ Important: You must have access to the Activities & Notifications feature within FastTrack360 to view internal notifications.
View Your Notifications
Go to the top toolbar and click the Activities & Notifications icon.
The icon displays the number of unread notifications you currently have.
In the Notifications tab, view the list of unread notifications sent to you today by default.
To search for any of your notifications, key in or select as much information about the notification you want to find in the fields within the search section of the Notifications pane and click Search.
Descriptions of Search Fields
Determines how your notifications are sorted and whether they appear in ascending or descending order.
Available criteria:
Sent Date Time – Sorts notifications by the date and time they were sent.
Sender Username – Sorts notifications by the username of the sender.
Subject – Sorts notifications alphabetically by subject line.
Type
Determines the type of notifications displayed.
By default, the Any option lists all types. To narrow results, select one of the following:
General – Notifications sent by another user who is a participant in a timesheet workflow.
Reminder – Automatic reminders to submit or approve a timesheet.
Escalation – Notifications informing you that a timesheet has been escalated to you for action.
Approved – Notifications indicating that your submitted timesheet has been approved.
Rejected – Notifications indicating that your submitted timesheet has been rejected.
Recalled – Notifications informing you that a timesheet awaiting your approval has been recalled by the initiator.
Submitted – Notifications informing you that a timesheet has been submitted for your approval.
Status
Determines whether the list displays read, unread, or all notifications.
Options include:
Any – Lists all notifications, regardless of read status.
Unread – Lists only notifications that you have not yet read.
Read – Lists notifications that you have already opened.
Date & Time Sent From
Filters notifications based on the earliest date and time they were sent.
To list notifications sent on or after a specific date, use the calendar control to select the start date.
To list notifications sent on or after a specific time of day, enter the time (e.g., 09:00).
Date & Time Sent To
Filters notifications based on the latest date and time they were sent.
To list notifications sent on or before a specific date, use the calendar control to select the end date.
To list notifications sent on or before a specific time of day, enter the time (e.g., 17:00).
Search for Past Notifications
In the Notifications tab, locate the search section at the top of the pane.
Enter or select the details of the notification you want to find in the available fields.
Click Search.
Notifications that match your search criteria will appear in the Notifications list.
To view a specific message, click the corresponding notification.
Open a Linked Timesheet
When viewing a notification, click Go to linked timesheet.
The related timesheet will open directly from the notification for quick access.

Answer: Yes. Use the search fields in the Notifications tab to find messages received on any date.

Q3: Can I open a related record from a notification?
Answer: Yes. Click Go to linked timesheet within the notification to open the connected timesheet directly.
