Run Timesheet Reports

Use Time and Attendance Reports to review timesheet data and help reconcile attendances, absences, manual items, and specific exceptions before or after timesheet approval.

Written by Jason Tu

Go to Time and Attendance, then Reports to access the Timesheet Reports area. This reporting area is separate from the main Reports module available from the FastTrack360 navigation menu.

Agency users who act as timesheet approvers can use these reports to review and reconcile timesheet information. Client Contact Users can also run Timesheet Reports when their role includes the Reporting permission.

⚠️ Important: Timesheet Reports are not filtered by Is Workflow Participant. A Client Contact User with the Reporting permission may therefore be able to view timesheet information even when they are not a workflow participant.

The Reports option is only displayed under Time and Attendance when the user has the required security permission.
