Select Onboarded Invite and click Add.

2. Click Manage Tiles.

3. Then click Add Sections.

4. Select Onboarded Invite and click Add.
 
 
5. Apply the changes if prompted.

The Onboarded Invite tile will now appear on the Candidate record.

Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to select the required action and send the onboarding pack.
