The Dashboard provides an overview of your key records, displayed as lists, graphs, and statistics. It offers instant visibility into performance and activities, including jobs, revenue, and queued processes. If you are a User Manager, your subordinates’ data is also included.
📌 Note: You can customise the tiles shown on your Dashboard using the Manage Tiles icon located below the user icon.
⚠️ Important: Access to some tiles, such as Queued Jobs, depends on user security permissions. Contact your System Administrator if you cannot view certain tiles.
Access the Dashboard
Go to the Home page.
View the main section to see your Dashboard tiles.
Use the Manage Tiles icon to choose which tiles are displayed.
Click a tile or data item to open its related record.
Default Dashboard Tiles
By default, the following tiles appear on your Dashboard:
Each tile is described in detail below.
Vacant and Filled Jobs Tiles
Vacant Jobs
This tile displays a list of your jobs where the status is Vacant.
The total number of vacant jobs appears next to the heading.
The list can be sorted and filtered. See the section Lists for details.
Family jobs are grouped and shown as one item.
Position Column Format:
Displays the number of positions filled (left) versus the total requested (right).
Example: 1 / 4 indicates one filled position out of four requested.
A job is removed when all positions are filled or the job status changes to Cancelled.
To open records:
Select a Job Number or Position Type to open the job record.
Select a Client Name to open the client record.
Filled Jobs
This tile lists jobs where the status is Filled.
The total appears in brackets beside the heading.
Sorting and filtering are available.
Family jobs are grouped as one item.
Position Column Format:
Displays filled versus requested positions (e.g., 1 / 4).
Record Access:
Select Job Number or Position Type to open the job.
Select Client Name to open the client record.
Select a candidate-related field to open the Candidate record.
Automatic Removal Rules:
Temp/Contract roles: Removed when the End Date is less than today.
Perm roles: Removed when the Start Date or Estimated Bill Date is less than today.
Revenue Tile
Displays a bar chart showing total revenue where you are the job owner.
The vertical axis represents total revenue ($).
Revenue is split by Temporary, Contract, and Permanent job types.
Hover over a bar to view details for the period, job type, and revenue amount.
To change the view:
Click the Filter button beside Sales Generated.
Choose Monthly, Quarterly, or another available filter.
(Default filter: Monthly)
Quick Access Tile
Provides shortcuts to commonly used features.

Add Temp Job | Opens a new Temporary Job record. |
Add Contract Job | Opens a new Contract Job record. |
Add Perm Job | Opens a new Permanent Job record. |
Add New Activity | Opens a General Activity not linked to any record. |
Find Client | Opens the Search Client screen. |
Find Contact | Opens the Search Contacts screen. |
Find Candidate | Opens the Search Candidates screen. |
Find Job Order | Opens the Search Job Order screen. |
Referral Workflow | Opens the Referral Workflow feature to manage workflows outside job orders.

Find Comments | Opens the Search Comments screen. |
Statistics Tile
Displays real-time performance metrics.
Use the Filter button beside the header to select the time range (Week, Month, Quarter, Year).
Default filter: This Week.

Jobs Filled in this Period | Total filled Job Orders where you are the job owner. |
Vacancies Created in this Period | Total vacant Job Orders where you are the job owner. |
New Applicants | Total Referral records meeting these conditions:

References Completed | Total completed reference checks for the selected period where completed by you. |
Filled Ratio Tile
Displays a pie chart showing the ratio of filled versus unfilled jobs.
Filled Jobs = Job Orders with status Filled.
Jobs Not Filled = Job Orders with status Cancelled.
Queued Jobs Tile
Displays jobs queued for background processing (e.g., finance integration, data imports). Each record includes Queue Number, Batch ID, Date Queued, and Description (Status).
Statuses include:
Pending – Awaiting processing.
Completed – Processed successfully.
Failed – Could not be processed after three attempts.
Retention:
Completed and failed jobs remain listed for 24 hours by default.
Administrators can adjust these durations in Recruitment Manager.
Go to Recruitment Manager, then select Maintenance.
Click on General Items, then click System Settings.
Locate and update the following settings to define the number of days:
Display Completed Jobs in Process Queue for X Days.
Display Failed Jobs in Process Queue for X Days.
Performance Factors:
Processing time may vary depending on:
The size of the data batch.
The number of queued jobs.
Network traffic and system performance.
Viewing the Process Queue
⚠️ Important: You need the View Queued Jobs permission to access this panel. If you cannot see the Queued Jobs panel on the Dashboard, contact your system administrator to confirm your permissions.
View Queued Jobs
The Queued Jobs panel on the Dashboard displays a list of all jobs that are either:
Queued for processing.
Successfully processed.
Failed to process successfully.
You can use this panel to:
View detailed information about each queued job.
Select a job to display its batch details.
Successfully completed and failed jobs remain visible for 24 hours by default. System administrators can adjust this duration through the system maintenance settings. For details, see Queued Jobs Tile.
View Information About Queued Jobs
The Queued Jobs panel includes columns that help identify and monitor each job.
Column | Description |
Queue Number | Displays the order in which the job was queued. For example, a value of 1 indicates the first job queued for processing. |
Type | Identifies the batch type of the job. Currently, only FI (Finance Integration) batches are listed. |
Batch ID | Shows the Finance Integration batch ID for the listed job. |
User Created | Displays the username of the person who exported the batch from the Finance Integration module. |
Date Queued | Indicates when the job was queued for processing (the date/time the batch was exported). |
Date Completed | Displays when the job finished processing. This field is blank if the job has not completed. |

View Batch Details
You can view batch details for any listed job to check transaction types and processing status.
Locate the relevant job within the Queued Jobs panel.
Click the Description column of that row.
The Queue Batch Details screen opens, showing detailed batch information.
The details displayed are accurate as of the time the screen is opened.
If the job is Processing, the screen shows how many transactions of each type have been processed so far.
If the job is Completed, the screen shows the final processing results for that batch.
Failed Jobs
When a queued job fails due to system errors or network outages:
The system automatically retries processing up to three times.
If unsuccessful after three attempts, the status changes to Failed.
Failed jobs remain visible for the configured duration.
No financial transaction export files are created for failed jobs.
To reprocess, create a new batch and queue it again.

Regularly review Dashboard tiles to monitor performance and activity trends.
Use the Manage Tiles feature to display only relevant data.
For troubleshooting failed queued jobs, review system logs or contact your System Administrator.

Q1: Can I add custom reports to the Dashboard?
Answer: Yes. Reports created in the Report Module can be displayed on the Dashboard. See Reports Module for details.
Q2: Why don’t I see the Queued Jobs tile?
Answer: You may not have the required permission. Contact your System Administrator to enable access.
Q3: How often does the Dashboard refresh?
Answer: The Dashboard automatically refreshes each time you access the Home page or manually reload the page.
Q4: Can I change the duration completed or failed jobs remain in the queue?
Answer: Yes, administrators can configure this in System Settings under Display Completed/Failed Jobs in Process Queue for X Days.
